Postiky (“we”) provides the Postiky app and website at postiky.com. Contact: hello@postiky.com.
We collect the account details you give us (such as name and email), list and note content you create, device and log data needed to run the service, and messages you send to support. We do not require sensitive health diagnoses. If you write care details into a list, that content stays in your account so the product can work.
We use data to provide Postiky, keep you signed in, sync lists, send transactional mail you request, improve reliability, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your list content to train public advertising profiles.
Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. Apple’s privacy rules apply to those payments. We receive status needed to unlock features. We do not store your full card number.
We share data with operators who host email or infrastructure, and only as needed to run Postiky; when you share a list with someone you choose; or when the law requires it. We do not share data with data brokers.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account by writing hello@postiky.com. We keep data while your account is active and for a short period after deletion to complete the request and meet legal duties. You may also use in-app account tools where available.
Postiky is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.

Postiky provides checklists, notes, sharing, and related features. We may improve or pause features to keep the service safe and reliable. We will not do so lightly.
You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use Postiky to harm others, break the law, or interfere with the service.
You own the lists and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the product works, including when you share a list. You can delete content; shared copies may remain with people you already invited until they remove them.
If you buy through the App Store, Apple charges your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless you turn them off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We cannot refund App Store purchases. Request a refund or report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free accounts may have limits such as shorter history. Paid plans, if offered on the web, are described at checkout. Web charges are billed by us or our processor, not by Apple.
Postiky is a productivity tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Some places do not allow those limits.
