The Postiky web API exists for careful integrations around the web app. It is beta, intentionally limited, and built with the same belief as the product: usefulness is not permission to overreach.

What happens when I delete something?

Lists and notes move to Trash first. Their history stays with them while they are in Trash and comes back if restored. Erasing from Trash permanently deletes the item and its history.

Does the iOS app collect my lists or notes?

No. The iOS app keeps content on your device and in your own iCloud. Postiky does not collect, read, sell, or profile iOS app lists and notes.

How do I cancel a subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple handles billing. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to report a purchase problem.

How do I get help?

Postiky provides the Postiky app and website at postiky.com. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We collect account details you give us, list and note content you create in the web app, device and log data needed to run the service, and messages you send to support. We do not require sensitive health diagnoses. If you write care details into a list, that content stays in your account so the product can work.

How we use it

We use data to provide Postiky, keep you signed in, sync lists, send transactional mail you request, improve reliability, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your list content to train public advertising profiles.

App Store and payments

Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. Apple’s privacy rules apply to those payments. We receive status needed to unlock features. We do not store your full card number.

Sharing

We share data with operators who host email or infrastructure only as needed to run Postiky, when you share a list with someone you choose, or when the law requires it. We do not share data with data brokers.

Retention and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account by writing [email protected]. We keep data while your account is active and for a short period after deletion to complete the request and meet legal duties. You may also use in-app account tools where available.

Children

Postiky is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.

The service

Postiky provides lists, notes, sharing, history, and related features. We may improve or pause features to keep the service safe and reliable. We will not do so lightly.

Your account

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use Postiky to harm others, break the law, or interfere with the service.

Your content

You own the lists and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the product works, including when you share a list. You can delete content; shared copies may remain with people you already invited until they remove them.

Subscriptions and Apple

If you buy through the App Store, Apple charges your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless you turn them off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We cannot refund App Store purchases. Request a refund or report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free and paid plans

Free accounts may have limits such as shorter history. Paid plans, if offered on the web, are described at checkout. Web charges are billed by us or our processor, not by Apple.

Important limit

Postiky is an organization and care-support tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. It can help keep important actions visible, but it cannot replace judgment, supervision, emergency help, or clinical advice.

Premium keeps Postiky independent, careful, and available for people who rely on it.

App Store

Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple are billed by Apple. We cannot refund those charges. Request a refund or report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Why Premium matters

Premium supports active development, privacy-first decisions, support, and the patient work of building Postiky for people instead of advertisers or data buyers.

Web plans

If you subscribe on the website, charges appear from Postiky or our processor. Write {$mail} with Billing and your confirmation details.

Need a human

Use postiky.com/support or the Support form. You will get a confirmation number.

Start with the one thing your mind should not have to carry alone.

Make one list

Create a list for medicine, groceries, appointments, school, work, or the next hard day. Add a due date or make it Everyday if it should return.

Write one note

Use a note for instructions, symptoms, memories, plans, or words you want someone to have. Lock it if it is private.

Share with care

Invite only trusted people. Use read-only or read/write access depending on whether they should help edit or simply stay informed.

Children’s Privacy

Children’s Privacy

Children deserve extra care, and adults should manage accounts used for their care.

Age

Postiky is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, tell us.

Parents and carers

If you use Postiky to coordinate care for a child, use an adult account. Do not put a child’s school or medical identifiers in a shared list unless you must.

Delete a child’s data

Email [email protected] from a parent or guardian address. We will delete the account and confirm.

If you believe content on Postiky infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with Notices in the subject. Include the work, the URL or list, and your contact details.

Law enforcement

Valid legal process may be sent to the same address. We disclose only what the request lawfully requires.

Multi platform web app

Postiky Desktop runs as a web app, so it works on any device regardless of operating system. Windows, macOS, Linux or Chromebook, if you have a browser, you have Postiky.

Independent app experience

The desktop version is not the same as the iOS version and does not share libraries or APIs with it. It is independent of what iOS offers, but built on the same idea and the same features, tuned to use superlarge screens so life's overwhelming tasks are managed better, smarter, quicker, and in a way that feels fun too.
